Product name and Article number are mandatory fields.

Instructions:
- This import function loads data from an Excel file to create new technical files and update existing technical files.
- The supported Excel file formats are .xls and .xlsx
- All new technical files are created with status pre-draft, your account will not be charged until you activate them.
- Article number and product name are mandatory fields.
- Download the template for a list of all available fields that can be imported.
- The column headers as listed in the template are used to identify your data, do not change their name and do not add new columns.
Updating existing technical files:
- PLEASE CHECK YOUR DATA BEFORE IMPORTING, UPDATING EXISTING FILES IS IRREVERSIBLE.
- A technical file is considered existing if it matches on the combination of article number, market release date and supplier number.
- If you do not include supplier number, the match is done on the combination of article number, market release date.
- If there are multiple existing files, only the most recent one (based on creation date) is updated
- The following fields will be updated (if data is provided):
- Risk level
- Brand name
- Supplier article number
- Project
- PO number
- Shipping number
- File group
- Required completion date
- Supplier fields (except for supplier code)
- Customer fields (except for customer code)
