Renamed file status

Introduction

ProductIP recommends closing files and has introduced two new file statuses for this purpose: 'Final Check' and 'Closed'.

We found that the old statuses 'Close file for final review’ and ‘Reviewed’ were unclear to many users.
To prevent confusion with the workflow status 'Ready for Review,' we have revised the file statuses as follows:

• 'Ready for review'has been renamed to 'Final Check'
• 'Reviewed' has been renamed to 'Closed’

File status 'Pre-draft' and 'Draft' remain unchanged.
