A big shout-out to everyone who joined our recent #ComplianceTuesday session on the General Product Safety Regulation (#GPSR)! With so many of you actively participating in the interactive Mentimeter session and over 50 Q&A topics discussed, it was an intense and insightful event.

One thing that really stood out during the session was the general lack of ownership for product compliance issues at the management level. Whether it’s taken seriously or not, this is something that needs to be addressed. Management is essential in steering the company through these regulatory waves. There are some tough decisions ahead:

• Taking ownership of compliance challenges.

• Implementing proper internal processes.

• Managing supplier performance and potentially establishing new agreements.

• Shifting from SKU-based management to batch-based tracking.
