Public documents

ProductIP platform is an excellent system for collecting, evaluating, managing, monitoring, and sharing all documents that prove compliance in the respective Technical File. By default, sharing of all documents is allowed.

But the sharing of documents can be set individually per document:

• Allow sharing all documents with my business partner
• Allow sharing public documents with my customer
  (e.g. user manual)
• Allow no sharing secret documents
  (development drawings)

To do this click on the "set document permission" button in the documents tab. Select the correct option and close the input by clicking the "Save & Close" button
