You may have products, where some requirements ProductIP includes in the requirements list are never applicable or you always fulfill them with a standard note or document.
You can now automatically set requirements to 'not applicable' or fulfill them with a note or a document when you create a new file.
Go to Company account in the top right corner under the wrench icon
Click on the tab "Requirement fulfillments"
Choose add requirement and search for your requirement and select it.
Optionally, one can also determine this by product category, file group, risk level.
But you may also not assign a selection, then it applies to all files.
