During the COVID-19 pandemic is it hase become sort of a tradition; the publication of new published recalls related to the Covid-19 pandemic. The European Commission (EC) has published this week only 1 recal for aProtective coverall face masks. This week the recall was alerted by Poland.

The product of this week concerns a Protective coverall of type 4 according to EN 14126 and EN 14605, indicated against microbial contamination.
The material of the product is permeable to sprayed liquids. Consequently, contagious fluids could penetrate the material allowing microorganisms to cross the coverall, increasing the risk of infection. The product does not comply with the Personal Protective Equipment Regulation and the relevant European standards EN 14126 and EN 14605.
The reuskt is a measures ordered by public authorities: Ban on the marketing of the product and any accompanying measures.
